Mary Haffner is a partner in the law firm of Haffner Law Group and has served on the Ventura County Behavioral Health Advisory Board for the last 5 years.  She is on the Board of Directors of Physicians for Social Responsibility, Los Angeles, and  has written extensively about the needs of the seriously mentally ill.
