On December 4, 2019, at 3:15 p.m., Mary Haffner will be speaking about the mental health care crisis in Ventura County at the Ventura Social Services Task Force (VSSTF) meeting, located at 303 North Ventura Avenue.  VSSTF is a consortium of agencies and individuals working on homelessness and mental health issues.
